wish I was an Elf or Undead player =[ Orc is a strong race but I would hate facing a bunch of abuse shit all time. Human is tooooo hard.

so i guess i’ll go chronologically. i haven’t taken any pictures and i don’t know if i will cause i haven’t felt like it.

anyway, touched down in LA sometime late afternoon yesterday. super shuttle ride took a long time. finally got to hotel.. checked in. sharing room with some need for speed guy. got a really large room like 2x normal room size with two bathrooms. california pizza kitchen with sonkie/pesu. jambalaya yada yada

morning, got some starbucks. i really don’t like coffee and i like starbucks even less. if i do drink coffee i usually drink it black and imo coffee is better for smelling than tasting anyway. got to convention center.. all the other players are there. place is pretty big, lots and lots of people. i oughta take a picture later. no autohotkey :( axslav, shriek, yane, shortround is my group. tough group but i guess it doesn’t make a difference. first match versus short in 4 hours.

no games for awhile so we just drift away and chill for awhile i guess. went back to hotel with shriek/yane to see my humongous room.. watched some replays/tv etc. then they left to nap so i go walk around a little to find something to eat. couple blocks from hotel there’s a macy’s plaza.. food court below there is a small sushi stand. perfect. i ask for a piece of tuna/salmon before i buy a lunchbox. they don’t sell it like that but cashier lady makes an exception for me. i pay nearly a whopping $4 for two slices of fish. the salmon is excellent – fat and fresh. the tuna is much less excellent – low quality cut, (and therefore) flavorless, and not so fresh.. starting to taste ‘fishy’. so i get a lunchbox with only salmon for $11 (12 slices on top of rice with a cup of miso soup)

and now it’s 1:45 and im back in my room

guess ill watch more replays

or meditate to mentally prepare

or go walk around

or check out the hotel pool

etc.
