in tier 2 mirror I’ve gone back to old school footmen/priests with late breakers.

I need to remember to scout at tier 2 to see if my opponent is going to tier 3. I’m not sure what I’ll end up doing from there, because my tier 3 knight/priest(/mortar) mirror was really weakened with staff nerf.

in east ladder PriesT was doing some tier 1 expo stuff and I wasn’t winning cleanly the way I would like to.. so dunno I may have to adjust strats to specific players and just fast expo against him as well.

Fine tuning my MV mirror game. I’m back to defend footmen with AM and creep merc then expand. I might start expanding at the corner.

Not feeling too good about top 6.. elf bullshit.. gargs bullshit.. blademaster bullshit.. especially if like boo and co. play

in a nutshell:

-8 online qualifiers, the winners of which advance to the national final.
-an invitational tournament, but this is irrelevant for all of us anyway. likely two players will advance from this and join the 8 from above for a 10 person offline final tournament.
-you can sign up for as many of the qualifiers as you like (but you can only play 1 game per qualifier. no double entering with starcraft/warcraft for example)

train hard and qualify! good luck everyone! don’t knock me out! I will be really depressed if I don’t qualify.

I’ve been toying with speed build and shop creep at the open. Haven’t worked out all the details from there on, but it involves saving the lab green(s) to be crept by militia later.

I’m thinking about doing this versus Undead too.

My unorganized thoughts:

AMM is horrible, 20 min. search time when ladder is just reset and people are actually playing = your model sucks BNet

TM is horrible. I may down TM and up RTS, because once we have to play versus like Yane, Axslav, whatever TM is going to be a nightmare so I might as well get rid of it now.

I might switch exclusively over to Sky’s “new” fast altar build that I pointed out in a post last week. It seems like he’s only using that one right now as well, and it seems really good in the few games I’ve used it.
